Come gather on this new moon in May and join in this unique collaboration of yin yoga, vision questing, and the power of the Shen Men acupuncture point.

New Moon Avatar is a powerful session of embodiment through yin yoga asana moving prana through the body; vision questing that is focused on setting new intentions; and experiencing the super power of the divine pressure point of calm.

According to Chinese philosophy, the Shen Men points, also known as heaven’s gate and spirit gate, calms the heart and mind.

Cat Kabira is an international teacher and trainer in yoga and the subtle / shamanic energetic arts. She has studied under many masters in several traditions and is passionately sharing the magical gifts she’s gleaned over the last 20 years that helps you step into your full embodiment and presence. catkabira.com
